Very difficult to answer your Q. Yellow fruits and veg are good in citric acid, red fruits contains good b group vitamins, carrot is good for vit. A and antioxidant, violet color is good for heart, dark greens are full of iron and calcium and we want so many minerals and vitamins.

All vegetables and fruits are good and take at least three different items daily. The seasonal items ar good for that season.
