orange and green fruits
or citrus fruits

Very difficult to answer your question. Yellow fruits and vegetables are good in citric acid, red fruits contains good for b group vitamins, carrot is good for vit. A and antioxidant, violet color is good for heart, dark greens are full of iron and calcium and we want so many minerals and vitamins.
Depending on any special requirement for you please consult a dietitian
All vegetables and fruits are good and take at least three different items daily. The seasonal items ar good for that season. Like mango, coconut, lichi, guava, orange, water melon, pineapple etc
