which fruits or vegetables should we eat regularly to get vitamins?

banana,oranges,cereals,egg,meat,milk etc.....these things we should eat daily because it gives us energy and makes our body strong for proper balance diet we should take veg ang non-veg then we'll say that our diet is complete...in cereals we get protein,in milk we get calcium for our bones and teeth,oranges have citrus acid which makes our skin glow ,banana gives energy for our workout........
