When I break up a post into several pages using <–nextpage–> the table of contents that appears on each page contains links with the headings in the text on that page. For example page 1 contains only one heading in the table of contents, and the next page contains the remaining 5. How do I make the table of contents appear on each page and to contain all the headings in the post, so that the reader can navigate to the particular topic in the post using the links in the table of contents?
