It would be right to equality because there must be a certified reason for removing him/her from government service and it should not be on the basis of religon/caste or creed.
It cannot be Right to freedom of religon because it states the one has the right to propogate his/her religon.This come under the right to freedom of Arittcle 9 of the constitution.
