Right to Property:
The right to property was given Article 19 in the Indian Constitution that said that every citizen has the right to acquire, hold and dispose of property. The Article 30 of the Constitution stated it as a fundamental right however, it is now removed from being a fundamental right but still is a right in the constitution.
