Well, the answer of your question is " carbon dioxide gas"
The reaction between sodium carbonate and ethanoic acid is result in the release of carbon dioxide gas . As the result of this reaction water is also produced  along with CH3COONa formation.
The reaction proceed like that
2CH3COOH +Na2CO3 ⇒ 2 CH3COONa + H20 + CO2

if you want to test the presence of gas just pass the  lime water through it the lime water  will become milky.

The correct answer is - Carbon Dioxide.

Ethanoic acid reacts with sodium carbonate to produce carbon dioxide gas. This is proved by passing the released gas through lime water. The presence of the gas turns the lime water milky.

2CH₃COOH + Na₂CO₃ → 2CH₃COONa + H₂O + CO₂

Ca(OH)₂ (Lime water) + CO₂ → CaCO₃ (Milky ppt) + H₂O
