helium is the gas present in the air balloons because it is a lightest gas and when it is filled in balloons then they fly high up in the sky.

Helium gas has a lifting force of around one gram per liter, so are used in air balloons.If your weight is suppose 5000 grams (50 kg),you can lift in air with a balloon containing 5000 litres of helium.
