Neon is a gas which is seen in the air was found in 1898. The light signs were introduced in 1910 in red color. Neon lights are produce by using neon gas and tubes made up of glass.Neon is used in advertising signs as it glows a reddish-orange color in a vacuum tube, this would attract the attention of people, other colors can be produced by other noble gases or many colors of florescent lighting.
