which gear is used in cycle when we go up and down hill?
and when we don't use cycle we left it for 1 day I'm which gear we have to left the cycle

While riding uphill, better use the front chainring and big rear cogs. Riding downhill also follow same chainring but better use middle-front chainring and a rear of big cogs.

In the case you have to leave the cycle, better set it to the highest gear (chain on smallest cog). It is because to give it the least pressure and sustain it for better use.
