The elements of group 18, that is inert gases or noble gases can be placed in Mendeleev's table without disturbing the original order.

Inert gases include

  • Helium
  • Neon
  • Argon
  • Krypton
  • Xenon
  • Radon
  • Oganesson

These elements can placed in the Mendeleev's table without any disturbance because inert gases have 8 valence electrons and have a special electronic configuration, so, they can be put in a separate group without disturbing the rest.

Also, while designing the table, he left the space for non-discovered elements.

Fun fact:Dmitri Mendeleev got the idea and design of periodic table in his dream.

Well, the meme is not relatable to me....xD
