- Some people used to fathom about the fact that training was a one-timely phenomenon. Even when reinforcement of post training has been taken into practice since a decade now, and has been recognized as a crucial tool to an attempt to learn, we were more focused on creating an experience rather than in making a sustained effort that goes on a long time. The idea behind this strategy was to make the experience of training so interactive which in a way would encourage participants to use what they had learned in the near future.

- Technology has stealthily become a major part of our daily lives over the decade, which helped in rubbing out the boundaries between work and home.
