o-nitrobenzene means a benzene ring in which NO2 is attached at ortho position .

These have lower boiling point because they are engaged in intramolecular hydrogen bonding

So.....

They cannot form intermolecular hydrogen bonds with other molecules of o-nitrobenzene .

p-nitrobenzene is a benzene ring with nitrogroup at para position .

p-nitrobenzene have higher boiling point they form intermolecular hydrogen bonding with other molecules .
