Steam has higher K.E. Explanation: This is because Steam[at 100 degree Celsius] has already got the latent heat of evaporation while Water[at 100 degree Celsius] has to get it Latent heat of Evaporation. So Steam has Higher Kinetic Energy.

Answer:

water will consume some kinetic energy at 100 °c as latent heat to form steam . but already formed steam will have comparatively more kinetic energy
