Steam at 100°C has more heat than water at 100°C as steam has latent heat of vaporisation in it which is very high compared to the energy in water.

Steam at 100 degree C, will have more more energy than that of the water at 100 degree C. It is because, the water at 100 degree C, will be changed into vapors, i.e., steam. But, the steam at 100 degree C, will have more heat, because of the above reason, than that of the water.

Thank you.
Hope this will help you.
