Perimeter of square = 4 a
0.44 m = 4 a
a = 0.44/4
a = 0.11 m
a = 11 cm
Perimeter/circumference of circle = 2πr
44 = 2πr
r = 44/2π
r = 22/π
r = 7 cm (as π = 22/7)
Area of Square = a²
= (11)²
= 121 cm²
Area of Circle = πr²
= 22/7 × 7 × 7
= 154 cm²
So, Area of Circle is bigger than Area of Square.
They differ by = 154 - 121
= 33 cm²
