Thyroid gland supports the formation of RBC production.
Cortisol from adrenal gland also stimulates the RBC production.
Increase in RBC level ultimately result in increased blood level.

RBC are you the main content which increases blood levels
thyroid glands produce plasma and bone marrow produces RBCs which indirectly increases blood levels
