This hormone is the main Parturition hormone "oxytocin" which helps in uterine contractions and help the foetus move towards the cervix.

Go through the chapter thoroughly for proper understanding as there are a few more hormones included which help in parturition,
 for eg - Progesterone, estrogen, etc

pitutary gland realease a hormone known as OXYTOCIN ..it stimulates contraction of smooth muscles of uterus during child birth...
milk is secreted only when oxygen is present in the blood.
it has a vasodilator effect on blood vessels thus,decreses blood pressure.....
