pituitary gland is master gland of all gland because it controls function of all the other gland and manage the secretion of hormones. it is present at the center of brain.
It secretes hypothalamus which turn control various endocrine glands of body.
● It also control the behavioral pattern of sleep and stress.
● It contain reflex center for muscular and glandular activities.
● It controls food intake, thirst & body temperature.
