The main difference between nascent hydrogen and atomic hydrogen is that

1. Nascent hydrogen contains a single atom of hydrogen but at a lower temperature (room temperature). It is extremely unstable and reactive.

2. On the other hand, atomic hydrogen also contains a single atom of hydrogen but at a extremely high temperature.

As per thermodynamic calculations,

atomic hydrogen is more reactive than nascent hydrogen.

So reactivity order:

Atomic > Nascent.

Atomic hydrogen is obtained by dissociation of hydrogen molecule using electric arc. This form of hydrogen is extremely reactive as it has very less life time.
