COCKROACH don't have red blood.
Almost all Arthropods have this kind of blood, they lack the blood vessels. Hemolymph circulates through the insects body just like blood in ours but the difference is Hemolymph circulates by having direct contact over the insect's tissues. Cockroach blood is said to be White in color, but its not exactly white.

insects such as spiders don't have homeoglobin, thus , they don't have red blood instead they have blue coloured blood
