Almost all Arthropods have this kind of blood, they lack the blood vessels. Hemolymph circulatesthrough the insects body just like blood in ours but the difference is Hemolymph circulates by having direct contact over the insect's tissues. Cockroach blood is said to be White in color, but its not exactly white.
