Major difference is plant cell has cell wall animal cell doesn’t have it
Also there is a big food vacuole which shifts the nucleus from the center in plants ...in animal there are very small

plant cell :has cell wall made up of cellulose so cell is rigid,has plastids, has a single large vacuole, doesnt have centrioles or lysosomes,nucleus is foung near the walls
animal cell:doesnt have cellulose and only has cell membrane so its not rigid, has numerous small vacuoles,doesnt have plastids, has centrioles and lysosomes,nucleus is centralized
