Major difference is plant cell has cell wall animal cell doesn’t have it

Also there is a big food vacuole which shifts the nucleus from the center in plants ...in animal there are very small

plant cell :has cell wall made up of cellulose so cell is rigid, has plastids, has a single large vacuole, doesnt have centrioles or lysosomes, nucleus is foung near the walls

animal cell:doesnt have cellulose and only has cell membrane so its not rigid, has numerous small vacuoles, doesnt have plastids, has centrioles and lysosomes, nucleus is centralized
