It depends on how much the planet actually heats up. The changes associated with 4° Celsius (or 7.2º Fahrenheit) of warming are expected to be more dramatic than the changes associated with 2°C of warming.

There is not a single outcome...
As global warming is caused due to deforestation mainly.. because the gas mainly known is Carbon dioxide that is CO2

The gas is consumed by green plants in production of foods... As forest area is getting reduced, due to industrial work and various manly purposes the global warming is seen...

Now come to the point which you questioned..

Outcome of Global warming
- melting of glaciers
-increase in sea level
-increasing amount of CO2 in atmosphere which increases heat and makes our lives restless mainly during summer days..

Ultimately the out come is destruction of civilisation, human race, living beings...
as 3/4th area of Earth is covered with water and it will increase to the utmost range as global warming is there... at last destruction of earth
