Basically, both have advantages and disadvantages. ...but using ferlizer can be more dangerous as there is excess use of chemicals...so using manure will be more safe and healthy even though it is time consuming

Manure is best but for growing plant faster Fertilizer is best.
Fertilizer is harmful for plants. but manure is not harmful.
