Both BiPC and MPC are great. Depending on your level of

interest and future plans, you can take either. If you're

unable to decide, you can opt for MBIPC.

MPC:

Pros:

1. IIT, NIT, BITS, NIE and such prestigious colleges.

2. Good salary.

3. Innovation and creativity involved.

4. You are open to many, many options in the end.

Not only engineering.

Cons:

1. Huge competition.

2. Huge pressure to perform.

3. Marks matter a lot. A LOT. (JEE aspirants will

understand this.)

BIPC:

Pros:

1. You can save lives.

2. You can save generations.

3. You can improve the quality of life.

4. You can have an independent career, rather than

working for a firm.

Cons:

1. Needs A LOT OF MUGGING UP. Photographic

memory, if I may add.

2. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO BE SLOPPY AND

LAZY.

3. Cutting up frogs and cockroaches. (Not

everyone's cup of tea.)

4. Huge competition.

5. Huge pressure to perform.

As I am not from the biology group, I may be biased in

favor of MPC. But strangely, I chose MPC in spite of the

fact that I hated math and scored brilliantly in biology

(ICSE). No peer/parent pressure.

Biology is beautiful. Math is mind-blowing. Physics is

gorgeous. Chemistry is attractive. :)

Also, from the career point of view, generally MPC is

preferred by people wanting to go for engineering and

architecture. BiPC is preferred by people wanting to

pursue medical (dental, Ayurveda, homoeopathy,

pathology, optometry, physiotherapy, psychiatry,

gynecology, veterinary science and so on... whew!) and B.

Sc.

You're free to choose :)
