Early morning or late at night is the time when there are very less noise and distractions and the mind works well for learning. But as per the own experience of Saransh Gupta Sir, who has cracked IIT-JEE in 2006 with AIR-41 and also secured AIR- 71 in AIEEE-2006, studying early morning is more effective.
