Which is better?-composting or vermicomposting.Why??

But if all are the same then Vermicomposting would give a better compost as the worms will bring more microorganism diversity and vermicompost will containsmore plant growth hormones, traditional compost apparently contains more mineral nutrient. so think vermicomposting is best
