Explanation:

Nucleophile means Nucleus Loving means it has rich protons and we know that opposite charge attracts towards each other like charge repel through each other. Bromine and Iodine both are halogens and the most reactive element in them is Bromine is IBr. Iodine will contain positive charge since it is less reactive than Bromine. Since,Br has less electrons and its shell is smaller than Iodine and electron cloud gradually decreases. Nucleophile can be done between these two ions the most reactive will be writtin on next after the less reactive. The outermost shell is far away from nucleus of Iodine than Bromine.
