unity is better than unreal
because Unity is strongly catered to indie developers. It's arguably easier to setup, create, and publish with just a small team
the learning curve is not as steep as it is for UE

why do you think unity better?
i know both c# and c++ which you could use for any of the two engines mentioned
and unreal has very realistic graphics than unity and completely free
