Every cell need energy to do a proper work, for growth, they have many functions in our body they does not live without energy the cell get energy from the food which we eat after some digestion processes at absorption process the the nutrients and energy supply in the body

By eating too much sweet our magnesium level became low and thus the vessels are unable to fully relax that's why our heart rate increases

Plants that get proper water supply are grow taller than the less supplied water plants

Because if plants does not take proper amount of water that creates problem in the photosynthesis process because plants need water for the process of photosynthesis and with photosynthesis they does not make much food and does not grow up
