and 1/x^n = x^(-n)
therefore (1/3^5)^4= (1/3)^20 = 3^(-20)

1)  (1/3⁵)⁴=1⁴/3⁵ˣ⁴
                =1/3²⁰
                ≠3^(1/20)
2)  (1/3⁵)⁴=1⁴/3⁵ˣ⁴
                =1/3²⁰
                =3⁻²⁰

∴option 2 is correct
