In this global world, which is constantly undergoing rapid changes, there is an increased need for positive traits and resources in an individual to attain fulfillment. The present study focuses on therelationship between three such important variables, Grit, Resilience and Psychological Wellbeing and finds the moderating role of Resilience in the relationship between Grit and Psychological Wellbeing. For the purpose of the study a total of hundred and seventy data were collected from adolescences belonging to the age range of 14 to 17 by using measures viz., Grit scale (Duckworth), Resilience scale (Wasnild&Yound) and Psychological Wellbeing (Ryff). Results showed a significant positive relation between all the variables, Resilience, Grit and Psychological Wellbeing and Resilience seemed to have no significant moderating role in the relationship between dependent variable Grit and independent variable Psychological Wellbeing. The current study could be considered as a major step to understanding, how to improve the positive traits and resources among students to have abetter evaluation of one's own life. Limitations and Implications are suggested.
