Health is a state of physical, mental and social well being.
For physical well being you need running and excercise.
For mental well being you need meditation and yoga.
If both the above happends, then mind and body work toghether to do various necessary task(being a student or adult) and you will be able to contribute to society, thus, being in good state with society.
You need all three regularly in equal amount. You can't skip a single thing.
Further, if you think there is enough excercise in routine, then go for achieving mental strength because that's what we rarely bother about.

sleep is the best option to regain ur mental n ohysical strength....as i am a student too.....I can understand.....we need to stay awake late night to complete our revisions or studies......we often run for the coachin's wen itz tym to go......we not only need to focus on our academics bt also the co curricular activities.....and in these huddles we forget to take proper amnt of rest n sleep.....wen we sleep our mechanism gets off .......n we get peace.......n at least 6 hr of sleep is required to gain our potential again.......if the routine is distrbd then....it can affect our health
