Ofcourse Mumbai. Because Mount Everest is at a very high altitude and as we go at higher altitudes(heights). The atmospheric pressure decreases since the is atmosphere is quite low than that on Earth's surface(land). Due to this atmosphere exerts low pressure on Mount Everest.

Answer is- The person on the top of Mt. Everest will have lower Atmospheric pressure because when we move away from the earth's surface the atmospheric pressure gradually decreas.
