Naturally, the sun's core is comparatively more hotter than Earth's core, because in the Sun's core Nuclear Fusion reaction take place, in which massive amount of Heat(Energy) is released, while in Earth's core it doesn't seem to be happening, making Sun's core more hotter than Earth's core.
