a full day is of 24 hours and it's forth part is 6 hours so 6 hours is less than 400 minutes
because 6*60=360

Here is your answer......
as we know that there are 24 hours in a day which means that there are 1440 minutes in a day.
Now the 1/4th of 1440 is
1/4 × 1440 = 360
so we can say that 400 minutes are longer than 1/4th of a day..
