2, 4-hexanedione (a 1, 3-diketone) has the most acidic hydrogen. This is because the carbanion left after the removal of H+ is resonance stabilised in this case. CH3−C||O−CH2−C||O−CH2CH32,4−Hexanedione−→−−OH−−H2OCH3−C||O−C−H−C||O−CH2CH3            CH3−C||O−C−H−C||O−CH2CH3↔CH3−C|O−=CH−C||O−CH2CH3 ↔CH3−C||O−CH=C|O−−CH2CH3
