Greek is the answer.

Greek has the older attested written documents. In Mycenaean Linear B script - probably a little earlier than the 14th century BCE. By contrast, the earliest Latin inscription is thought to date from about the 7th century BCE.

Known evidences:

Greek - the Iliad, 8th century BCE in written form and it is believed to have been composed orally centuries earlier.

Latin - 3rd century BCE and nothing at this stage to compare with the Greek. The golden age of Latin literature arrived around the 1st century BCE.
