Water is more elastic than air because bulk modulus of elasticity is reciprocal of compressibility and air is more compressible than water

ANSWER:
Water is more elastic than air.
EXPLANATION:
This answer is based on the theory of relation between compressibility and elasticity. If we collect the air in a chamber and start compressing it we can see that it is more compressible, on the other hand if we do the same thing with the water, then we can see that water is less compressible when compared to air.
And the theory of relation between compressibility and elasticity says that, the thing which is more compressible is less elastic and material which is less compressible is more elastic. Hence we can conclude that water is more elastic than air.
