In Fe3+ all the electrons re unpaired

and

in Fe2+ 4 electrons are unpaired

We know, A paramagnetic behaviour is arise from the number of unpaired electrons.

So, Fe3+ is more paramagnetic than Fe. Fe 3+ is more paramagnetic because it has 5 unpaired electrons.
