now listen the right answer searched from google and that is RRr is more reactive than RCl
in case of halogens reactivity decreases as one goes down in periodic table
pathak 13, RF bond will be more stronger than RI bond because F is more electronegative than I
So, RI bond will break easily than RF
goes down to up in halogens periodic table increase reactivity so iodin is most reactive and the last reactive is florine so RBr is the reactive comparison to RCl
