C6H5-NH2(Anniline) is more reactive towards a electrophile as the lone pair over Nitrogen atom get in conjugation with the benzene ring causing a +R effect and thus increasing the electron density over the benzene ring.
On the other hand in C6H5-CH3(toluene) the methyl group provides a weak +I effect and is therefore not able to increase the electron density that effectively
