Depends on distance.

Generally speaking, Vander waals forces are more stronger than gravitational force when molecules are closer enough.

We can see that Hydrogen bond is stronger enough to influence state of matter. But, Gravitational force influences a little that also between massive objects.

Gravitational force exists between you and me (and between any two mass), but it's not pulling us towards each other so that we collide at a point. But for distances less than r^-6 for molecules, they pull towards each other with considerable involvment of energy.
