C) <1dollar> is not an XML element. An XML element can contain several things such as text, attributes, and mix of the both elements.

On the other part, an XML element without any content called empty XML elements.

But you need to write an XML element with some basic rules such as XML elements must have case sensitive names and you must start them with a letter or underscore.

But here, the element start with a number which is not an XML element.
