Fruit Formation - is the odd one out.
All the other three options, i.e. Cell division, Budding, and Spore formation (sporogenesis) are steps of reproduction in plants, whereas Fruiting bodies are formed as a result of the reproduction.
Fruits are the result of sexual reproduction occurring in flowering plants. After pollination occurs, fertilization takes place and the ovules grow into seeds inside a fruit. The seeds are ready for dispersal after the fruit ripens.
