✏This is logical one!! We have to identify the standing asana out of these. So, The standing asana is:

Yes, because: (Vriksha - Tree) and we know that trees are standing on the ground firmly by their roots. Vrikshasana is the tree pose and is a very popular asana to practice eye and limbs balance.

✏ Refer to the attachment..

 \Large{ \underline{ \underline{ \bold{ \red{Know \: about \: this \: asana!!}}}}}

First, How to do this asana?

We have to stand still. Then bent our right knee little and place firmly on the left leg edge. Our left leg should be straight and from to the ground. Then we have to bring our hands in namaksar gesture while raising our arms gracefully over head. Then we have to focus on any distant object and this will help in maintaining a steady balance.

The things we have to keep in mind, is that our spine should be straight and we have to do inhalation and exhalation of air simultaneously. Don't forget to hang a smile on your face.

Benefits of the asana:

First of all, it removes fatigue because of stretching of legs, arms, back etc. Then, it improves our balance and concentration. It makes our legs, arms and waist strong.

⚠️ But people having insomnia, high blood pressure should avoid doing this, because raising our body might increase the BP further.
