My personal opinion is to learn python and then Java and if you wants to be a web developer then learn PHP and then Javascript, and I highly recommend to learn Java once you started understanding coding, start learning Java. As if you wants to be a android developer you can easily change to Kotlin as the API is quite similar to Java. And as you learned Python before you know it and learning the Java will help you in finding Jobs in the future.
