s.chands is the best book.because i am also studying in ICSE school
idk bcoz i am also in ICSE 10th...and i prefer selena....and its level is awesome...
but everyone has different opinions ....so maybe that book is good too

you can go with r.k. bansal's concise mathematics by selena publications...am using the same...very effective
