The best coaching class for RMO and INMO is Bhaskaracharya Pratishthana(I hope I spelt correctly). It is one of the major institutes in Pune that prepares students for the mathematical Olympiads since a long time. Most of its faculties are the lecturers of IMOTC camp. It has trained a lot of students, who have later on represented India at the International Mathematical Olympiad in various countries throughout the world. For INMO, if you don't live close to Pune, many states organise INMO Training Camps. Especially in states like W.B., Karnataka and Gujarat, faculties from throughout India come to teach there, even from Bhaskaracharya Pratishthana. I don't know about other states, but you may ask your Regional Coordinator of RMO for more details, or request him/her for INMOTC. Last year, in Gujarat, V.M. Sholapurkar Sir had a lecture on combinatorics. Karnataka had C.R. Praneschar, B.J. Venkatachala iirc. In short, INMOTCs are helpful.
